Job Description

• • Responsible to designing plastic injection mold and creating 3D CAD model and DFM.
• • Work with customers to determine needs and requirements, such as material specification, product details, and production schedules.
• • Prepare mold specification and checklist, mold component drawing and assembly drawings.
• • Develop and integrate new mold design approaches, and new mold design technology.
• • Assist in product/tool development and molding process.
• • Ensure smooth transition from design to development until production trial run.
• • Resolve any design technical issues in a timely manner.
• • Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.

Job Requirement

• • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Others in Engineering (Mechanical, Tool, Chemical or equivalent).
• • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• • At least 2 years of working experiences in relevant 3D mold design.
• • Ability to use mold flow and prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.
• • Ability to design products and plastic parts will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• • Responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications into computer modelling software, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product.
• • Operate CAD/CAM-based computer software to deliver effective programs and other critical details for all CNC machines.
• • Manage all programs accessible to each machine, control current program revisions on the shop floor, and assist in the design of work holding fixtures.
• • Preparation of 3-axis and 4-axis CNC programs for CNC controls in relevant language for the controllers used.
• • Assist machinists by answering questions pertaining to any problems found in the CNC programs, part files supplied or inspection sheets regarding tolerances.
• • Develop and manage the tool data base, including a data base for each machine with tool data for different materials being machined.
• • Manage all shop floor programs and revisions.
• • Prioritize continuous improvement to identify and implement processes that will improve productivity, speed, quality, profitability, and safety.

Job Requirement

Job Description

• • Determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting.
• • Discuss project specifications with engineers to guarantee consistency between plants and products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible.
• • Plan and monitor machining job according to project master plan issued by project PIC.
• • Adjusting machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts.
• • Carry out machining job effectively and efficiently and meeting quality and delivery requirements.
• • Perform inspection all finished products for accuracy and uniformly to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.
• • Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement.
• • Manage all shop floor programs and revisions.
• • Train new staffs on machine operation procedures.
• • Keep the work environment safe and clean.

Job Requirement

• • High school diploma or equivalent.
• • At least 1-2 years of working experiences in operating CNC/EDM machines.
• • Familiarity with programming and interpreting CNC/EDM software.
• • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• • Values precision and enforces quality standards.
• • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• • Ability to work independently.

Job Description

• • Responsible for operation of tool room involve in designing, development, fabrication and modification of molds and jigs.
• • Fitting and assembly of new tooling for molds, die-casting according to specifications from the design team.
• • Set up requirement and ensure each piece of equipment is appropriate for the intended mold design and meets mold quality.
• • Continuous study on improving molds, jigs, and fixtures in order to improve production efficiency in cost effective manner.
• • Maintain and repair existing tooling and molds.

Job Requirement

• • High school diploma or equivalent.
• • At least 1-2 years of working experiences in mold making or mold maintenance.
• • Completion of an accredited mold making apprenticeship program may be advantageous.
• • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• • Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
